Alessi Pianissimo Basket

Description

The “Pianissimo” basket joins the two “Resonance” (the 2006 centrepiece and the 2008 fruit holder) and the “Harmonic” basket (2008) created by the same Australian designer. As in all her projects, Abi uses geometric artistic drawings as a basis to create three-dimensional sculptured objects, subjecting the sheet steel to successive cutting, folding and curving operations.
