This is Oleosophia's Gold Medal Winner. This blend of the Manaki and Megaritiki olives, varieties rooted in Greek agriculture since ancient times, are hand-picked in late October through mid-November when olives turn golden-purple, yielding sweeter aromas with notes of tomato, oregano, and herbs.

Medium bitterness and pungency make it versatile for any kitchen. Rich in antioxidants including polyphenols, vitamin E, and chlorophyll. Best used with with red meat, barbeques, dressings and salads with many different ingredients, as well as lovely winter soups!
