Katina's Tiropita appetizer, or tyropita (τυρóπιτα), is a Greek savory pastry food, made with layers of buttered phyllo and filled with a mixture of Cream, Ricotta, and Greek Feta cheese and fresh Greek herbs. It perfect as a hors d'oeuvres, as a side dish, or as a snack. In Greece, it's often eaten in the morning with a Greek coffee for breakfast, or as a mid-morning snack. Our appetizers are shipped to you frozen and can be stored in your freezer for up to 6 months. To prepare, preheat your oven to 375 degrees, use the aluminium tray or place the appetizers on a cookie sheet, and bake for approximately 45 minutes or until golden brown.
