Tiropita with Sun Dried Tomatoes & Roasted Garlic
Sun-dried tomatoes add a gourmet touch and a burst of flavor to a variety of dishes. Garlic is a wonderful seasoning that adds aroma and taste to foods. We decided to add another twist to our traditional Tiropita cheese pie by adding these two savory flavors; Sun Dried Tomatoes and roasted Garlic. Our Tiropita are made with layers of buttered phyllo and filled with a mixture of Cream, Ricotta, and Greek Feta cheeses, along with fresh Greek herbs. It perfect as a hors d'oeuvres, as a side dish, or as a snack. Our appetizers are shipped to you frozen and can be stored in your freezer for up to 6 months. To prepare, preheat your oven to 375 degrees, use the aluminium tray or place the appetizers on a cookie sheet, and bake for approximately 45 minutes or until golden brown. There are 24 Tiropita appetizers in each order.
